ACT CARDS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE!
This means your ACT Card can only be loaded to your personal device. Ticket services can be found on MyTickets to transfer your ticket to another student, swap bowl assignments with another student, donate your ticket to the waitlist or put yourself on the waitlist.
Student Guest Ticket information for non-students wishing to attend a home game can be found on the MyTickets page on the ACT Card website or through the Ticket Office.

Bowl Assignment FAQ
What is my bowl assignment?
Login to MyTickets to verify your bowl assignment and gate number.
I received a donated ticket from the waitlist, how is the bowl assignment designated?
The bowl assignment for each ticket stays with the ticket.
If an upper bowl ticket is donated and you receive that ticket off the waitlist then that ticket will remain an upper bowl ticket. This remains even if you have a ticket package with a different bowl assignment from the donated ticket and is not based on seniority.
If you receive a ticket from the waitlist, but it is not for your preferred bowl assignment you can either swap the ticket with someone else who has your desired bowl or you may donate the ticket back and put yourself back on the waitlist. There is no guarantee that another donated ticket will become available or way to guarantee bowl assignment for donated tickets.
I'm transferring a ticket to another student, what happens to the bowl assignment?
Like donated tickets, the bowl assignments stay with the ticket. If you are transferring a lower bowl ticket to someone with an upper bowl package, the transferred ticket will stay a lower bowl ticket.
