ACT Card Photo Update

Time for a change? Update your ACT Card photo!

New year, new you!

To update your ACT Card photo, submit a photo of yourself that meets ACT Card criteria, along with a photo of your ID document and your photo will automatically update once approved.

Action Card staff verify photos during business hours only. An email with approval or denial information will be sent to your UA email. If denied, resubmit a new photo that meets ACT Card criteria.

Students

Students can submit their updated ACT Card photo during the open time frame.

Once the submission date has passed

Photo updates will not be accepted until the following open call for submissions. If your appearance has drastically changed after the photo update

Faculty/Staff

Faculty and staff of the University can update ACT Card photos once per academic year.

Additional Information

Action Card Office staff will be verifying submissions during business hours throughout the photo update time period. Notification that your photo was accepted or denied will be sent to your University email.

If your photo was denied, note the reason in the email and resubmit your photo and photo of ID that meets ACT Card criteria. Approved photos will update automatically on the mobile ACT Card within 30 min.
