Student Football ticket Information
Getting Started Video: Before you use the system for the first time, here are a few tips and definitions.
Transfer Ticket Video: An eligible student with a football ticket count of “1” on their Action Card, agrees to give their ticket count on their Action Card to another specific eligible student who has a ticket count of “0” on their Action Card account. No actual funds are exchanged through Action Card. The student transferring the ticket must know the recipient’s name on their Action Card and their full crimson email account i.e. astudent@crimson.ua.edu. Both parties receive emails verifying the transaction. CWID is not needed. Each transaction will be for the upcoming home football game only.
Request Ticket Video: An eligible student with a ticket count of “0” on
their Action Card is requesting to receive a ticket from the donated
ticket bank pool. Eligible students request a ticket, receive an email
they are on the waiting list and will be notified by email should
a ticket become available. There is no guarantee that tickets will
be available for eligible cardholders on the waiting list. Each transaction
will be for the upcoming home football game only.
Remove From Waiting List
Video:Students
who are on the My Football Ticket Waiting List may opt to remove their
name from the list. After logging into the My Football System, simply
click on the Remove from Waiting List button.
Be sure this is what you want to do because this transaction cannot
be reversed and your place on the waiting list will be lost. A confirmation
email will be sent to your crimson email account.
At anytime an eligible student ticket account balance is “0”,
you may opt to again Request a Ticket for the upcoming home football
game but your order on the Waiting List will be determined at that
point in time.
Donate Ticket Video: An eligible student with a ticket count of “1” on their Action Card account agrees to donate their ticket count to another eligible student via the ticket bank pool. The ticket bank pool is distributed to other eligible students based on their online request on a first come/first serve basis. No actual funds are exchanged through Action Card. The recipient’s Action Card ticket account will automatically be updated to “1” and they can then attend the upcoming home football game while the student’s account who donated the ticket is automatically updated to “0” and they will not be able to attend the upcoming home football game. Each transaction will be for the upcoming home football game only.
